Refund Policy

On receipt of return request by customer or intimation of return from the seller, Coolgenic Solutions will initiate the refund process subject to policies defined below:

  • Seller will verify the authenticity of return claims and accept/reject refund to the customer.
  • Return will be processed only after receipt of defective material at seller and same is found authentic with respect to the original return request. This will be authenticated and verified by seller and confirmed to Coolgenic Solutions team
  • For refund claims accepted by the seller, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s account (as provided by Customer to Coolgenic Solutions ) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of acceptance of the refund by Seller.
  • Shipping & Handling Fee will not be refunded in case buyer refuses to accept the delivery.
